Apply the relevant requirements to a particular Site, with due dates, evidence, status, responsibility, actions and history. Organisation or Site-specific requirements can be included.
Physical Site Assets
Record the equipment or features that exist at the Site. Asset-related requirements can inform the right compliance records without treating the asset and its obligation as the same thing.

A Site inspection baseline and a snapshot of the checklist give each visit its context. Findings become the shared source for follow-up, photographs and reporting.

INSPECTION RECORD
From observation to follow-up.
The inspection model brings Overview, Checklist, Findings, Photos, Follow-up, Report and Activity into dedicated views. Findings record what was observed; follow-up tracks what needs doing. An inspection’s progress and its report status remain distinct, with issued reports preserved through revisions rather than silently overwritten.
Routine visual Site visits remain separate from specialist statutory or compliance inspections. They can inform each other without being conflated.
