How we handle early-access enquiries.
This page explains how we use information submitted through the Estivio early-access enquiry form. An enquiry does not create an Estivio account.
Estivio is currently operated by its founders under the Estivio trading name. Estivio is not yet incorporated. The founders are responsible for handling these enquiries. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@estivio.co.uk.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, work email, organisation, role, approximate number of residential sites managed, and any optional message. It also records your acknowledgement of the enquiry use and, separately, whether you choose to receive product updates. A spam-verification token is checked to protect the form.
Enquiry purpose and lawful basis
We use your details to receive, review and respond to your voluntarily submitted enquiry about Estivio. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering people who have asked us about early access. The information is sent as an internal email notification; it does not create an application record.
Optional product updates
The separate product-update checkbox is unticked by default. If you tick it, your consent is the basis for promotional launch and product-update emails. We record that choice separately in the enquiry notification and do not automatically add you to a mailing list. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing privacy@estivio.co.uk.
How long we keep enquiries
If an early-access enquiry does not lead to further engagement, we keep it for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it unless another lawful reason requires retention. If a different relationship develops, we will explain any different use and retention of information as appropriate.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam verification. Resend delivers the internal enquiry notification email. These providers process information needed to operate the form under their relevant service terms. We do not send the enquiry to the authenticated Estivio application database.
Your rights and concerns
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, or restrict its use. You can object to our enquiry processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw product-update consent at any time. Contact privacy@estivio.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
